He provides legal guidance and represents clients that include estate beneficiaries, adult interdependent partners, dependents, and personal representatives and trustees who live in Alberta, or who live abroad and have interests in Alberta. 

Spencer is a valued member of our Commercial Litigation group where he helps businesses and individuals with disputes involving contracts, employment law, shareholder agreements and construction matters.
