Remembering Michael Kwiatkowski

It is with profound sadness that we share the sudden passing of our partner, colleague and dear friend, Michael C. Kwiatkowski.

Mike's connection to McLeod Law ran deep. He joined the firm as an articling student in 2007, became a partner in 2014 and went on to lead our Commercial Litigation group. McLeod Law was the only firm Mike ever knew, and over nearly two decades, he became an important part of who we are.

Mike was an exceptional advocate who brought determination, curiosity and an unwavering commitment to his clients. Those of us fortunate enough to work alongside him will remember not only the lawyer and leader he became, but the colleague and friend we knew every day.

Mike will be deeply missed by all of us at McLeod Law. Our thoughts are with Mike's family and loved ones during this extraordinarily difficult time, and we ask that their privacy be respected.
