Maria Nathanail has joined our firm, practising in the areas of corporate finance, capital markets and securities regulation. She adds to the strength of our Corporate | Commercial Group and our Securities & Capital Markets practice with her experience in representing public and private clients in respect of mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity and debt securities financings, corporate reorganizations and corporate structuring.
