McLeod Law congratulates Jamie Polley on his retirement
After 14 years with McLeod Law, our friend and colleague, Jamie Polley is retiring from the firm effective December 1, 2021.
Called to the bar in 1978, Jamie has built a legal practice focused on condominium law. He has been an indispensable resource to developers, builders, surveyors, condominium corporations, homeowners associations, their boards of directors, and property managers, on all aspects of multi-family developments. In 2007, Jamie and his business partner Heather Bonnycastle Q.C. left their private practice to establish McLeod Law’s Condominium Law group. Since then, the group has become the largest, most comprehensive condominium law group in the province.
“Jamie has been instrumental to the success and growth of the firm’s Condominium Law Group and will be greatly missed,” said Robin Lokhorst, Managing Partner of McLeod Law LLP. “As a mentor to many, the firm thanks Jamie for passing on his knowledge, skills, and dedication to the next generation of lawyers.”
Although we will miss having Jamie in the office, after 43 years of exemplary service and contributions to the legal profession, he has well-earned a happy and healthy retirement.
