McLeod Law assisted Premiere Canadian Mortgage Corp. (“Premiere”) and Classic Mortgage Corporation (“Classic”) with its successful amalgamation, effective September 1, 2024. Premiere and Classic are, respectively, managed by Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. and Can Terra Financial Inc., both of which share common management and directors.

Premiere will continue as the successor mortgage investment corporation, improving overall competitiveness and scalability, streamlining operations and fostering growth in an increasingly competitive landscape. Classic, a licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia specializing in residential mortgage loans, joins Premiere, which operates across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, creating a more robust portfolio and driving enhanced profitability with a single and more targeted investment portfolio.
