Chad is a partner and head of the Family Law Group. He provides advice and support to clients in a range of matters, including:
- parenting
- custody
- matrimonial property
- common law division of property
- estate disputes
He is committed to helping clients through their divorce or separation and with the challenges families face throughout this emotional process.
Chad is based at our southeast office but is happy to meet at the downtown office.

Experience
Chad provides mediation services to help couples navigate difficult separations. Mediation is a fair and amicable process designed to jointly resolve a couple’s parenting and property issues after a separation. The process of mediation avoids the costs of litigation and the inherent conflict that often results from being in Court.
