Overview: 

Heather’s practice for the past 40 years has concentrated on all aspects of condominium and multi-family development matters, including new developments, condominium bylaws, structuring corporations, advising condominium boards, special assessments and corporation financing.

Heather was appointed a member of the Government of Alberta Advisory Committee for proposed amendments to the Condominium Property Act

Heather also advises on general real estate matters including commercial, residential, agricultural and land development.

She was awarded Fellow of the Canadian Condominium Institute in 2002, and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1996.
