Overview: 

David Cumming is an associate in the Litigation and Condominium groups of McLeod Law.

He has a general litigation practice in the areas of condominium, employment, commercial litigation, real property and construction.

With respect to David’s condominium law practice, he advises and represents condominium corporations, homeowner associations and their respective boards of directors, property managers, owners and developers on a broad range of legal matters including developer deficiencies, governance issues, bylaw enforcement and human rights matters.

David has extensive experience in all areas of litigation and dispute resolution, including judicial dispute resolution, mediation, questioning and court appearances. David’s focus is on delivering effective solutions for his clients that make sense in the context of their distinct priorities and circumstances.
